More Detailed Answers To Your Questions

Why use A Quality Paint Job?

Here's where we tell you we've been in business since 2006. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and no complaints (as of the publishing of this web site). We have received the Angie's List Super Service Award every year since 2013 and enjoy top reviews. And almost all of our business is referral based.

When you choose a painter the biggest issue is trust. Do you trust the business owner--have you even met him or her? Do you believe they have your best interest at heart and not just their own? Are you skeptical they will try to cheat you? If you don't trust your painter when they do the estimate, especially if they will do work on the interior of your home, then don't hire them. We aim to be trustworthy and upstanding. We don't enjoy being taken advantage of any more than you do. We want you to WANT to refer us when we are done. While we understand it's not possible to please everyone, we have an overwhelming number of clients so excited to do more work and refer us out.

Do you offer warranties?

We are happy to provide you our written limited warranty on exterior painting at no cost. We are unable to provide a warranty on interior painting due to the abuse interior walls experience as we live our lives.

We apply all products correctly. We stand by our workmanship.

Whether you have a paper warranty from us in-hand or not, if there is EVER a problem with an area we applied product, please contact us right way and we will gladly meet with you to discuss how to make things right.

Do you paint exteriors in the winter?

That is a fair question given that winter-like weather engulfs Colorado Springs 8 months out of the year. We get it. Exterior season is really short and if you're moving or looking for a deal, it would make sense to paint then. PLEASE be aware: the products that allow us to paint in freezing weather must have a low night temp of 32 degrees and rising. And it takes over a month for paint to cure/harden completely. And those paint products are SUPER pricey. In Colorado Springs, it isn't wise to paint when the night temps are dipping into the 20's . Night temps are usually okay May-September. Any painter who tells you they can paint in low temps is full of baloney and will null your product warranty. We've seen it happen a lot.

What payment options do you offer?

We require 30 percent at the beginning of the job, 30 percent at substantial completion, and 30 percent at the close of the job. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. If you need more creative financing options we suggest talking to your bank about small consumer loans that you can pay off at a pace that works for you.

Are you insured?

Absolutely! We carry ample liability insurance and hold insurance certificates for all our subcontractors. We only work with legal, tax-paying, and insured subcontractors.

I'm curious about your workforce. Can you tell me more?

Subcontract labor is the norm for painters in Colorado Springs. Because we work with subcontractors we are very choosy. We work with a small pool of trusted and vetted subcontractors--people we trust with our own home. We personally train each to provide the high level of customer service and detailed work we are known for. Owner and operator, Greg Landis, regularly checks jobs for quality and progress.

What if I have property in Colorado Springs, but live somewhere else?

No problem! We have done many projects for property owners who are not able to be present. We will gladly send you photo or video updates and talk with you directly about the status of the project.

Do you offer help choosing colors?

Choosing colors can be overwhelming with so many choices available. We absolutely offer help. We can share with you some of our more popular interior and exterior paint colors and we also have helpful blog articles on what kinds of paint colors work well on exteriors. (Yes, color matters--we get a TON of sunshine which fades and breaks down dyes and pigments causing fading and oxidation.) Just ask!
